Building-related (climate) technical installations of various outdoor locations. (climate) technical installations of various outdoor locations of Scheldest Water Boardskimming. This concerns, among other things, the maintenance of central heating, boilers, air conditioners, fans, etc. These installations are located at support points, sewage treatment plants and pumping station pumping stations. The building management systems of the head offices in Middelburg and Terneuzen fall outside the scope of the tender.

The contents of the contractconcerns the maintenance of building-related (climate) technical installations of various outdoor locations.
The requested service consists of:
- providing preventive (planer and periodic) maintenance,
- providing corrective and curative maintenance (repairing malfunctions, calamities),
- taking care of a 0-measurement of the installations in the first contract year,
- providing periodic reports on maintenance, including fault history, analysis of the fault history and proposals for improvement of the installations,
- providing input for the multi-year maintenance plans per location
The service consists mainly of maintenance and fault service to:
- central heating boilers,
- central heating distributors including pumps and valves,
- central heating pipes, radiators and other dispensing equipment,
- biogas fired boilers and associated accessories falling under the ATEX directive, including the legally required PI, PO or EBI,
- air heaters,
- hot water boilers and heat exchangers,
- air treatment installations including channels, valves, etc.,
- cooling installations including distribution pipes, etc., - climate control installations,

In addition to registering with a Professional or Trade Register, the candidate must also have the following certificates / membership of the trade association:
- BRL 6000 certification, supplemented with relevant categories to carry out maintenance work on said installations,
- SCIOS certification (minimum scope 1, 2 and 7),
- Member NVKL,
- Approved training company.
