The object of the contract is the provision of maintenance and operation services for mechanical, sanitary, electrical, beaconing, low current and security at the "Avram Iancu" Cluj RA International Airport, as defined infor the award documentation.

The bidders have the obligation to submit at the deadline for submitting the DUAE (Single European Acquisition Document), asre consisted of a statement on its own updated responsibility, as a preliminary proof instead of the certificates issued by the public authorities or by third parties confirming that opec in the case fulfills the following conditions: 177, art. 178, art. 180 of L no.99 / 2016

Qualification condition:

In this regard, the Single Bidder / Associate Bidder / Subcontractor / Third Party Supporter will complete DUAE Part III "Reasons for exclusion" Section C "Reasons for insolvency, cconflicts of interest or professional misconduct ".

NOTE 1: Any opec that submitted the offer individually or in association, the third supporters and the subcontractors must not be found in the situations provided in art 177, art.178 and art. 180, of Law No. 99/2016.

6) For completing the electronic DUAE form will be consideredre the following: DUAE is configured by the contracting authority directly in SICAP when defining the award documentation. The answers to the DUAE of the economic operators participating in the procedure will be completed in SICAP directly, after authentication, by each participant.
