Procurement of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance services and assistance support to legal technical inspections, according to lots, of heating installations, air conditioning, production of sanitary hot water, biomass boilers, lifting devices, electrogenic groups, fire systems and installations, telephone center, automatic doors, lightning rods, lifeline, air conditioning units, disinfection certificate, revision and control of legionella, facility inspection certificate and self-control program against legionella, Environmental Quality Audit, Industry Regulatory Inspections (OCA), controle of pests, and corrective maintenance of control systems for air conditioning, sewerage, glass, blinds and painting of the facilities and buildings of the centers managed by the Fundacio Privada Serveis Socials del Montsia.

Provision of services comprising preventive maintenance, predictive and corrective, as appropriate, of the heating installations, air conditioningand production of sanitary hot water from the buildings of the Residencia d'Avis and Center de Dia de Amposta, Antigua Residencia d'Avis de Amposta and Casal d'Avis de Amposta.

Also the subject of this lot is the technical assistance required the normative inspections to which the facilities are subject, in compliance with all the regulations that may be applicable during the term of the contract.ato.

The purpose of maintenance is to guarantee that the facilities include all the necessary conditions for its correct operation with maximum energy efficiency, guaranteeing safety, durability and protection of the environment.
