Framework agreements concerning handcraft services to Albertslund Municipality

Albertslund Municipality wishes to conclude framework agreements for manual services in connection with engineering and installation work as well as the city centerwork with maintenance tasks across the municipality. The assignment consists of the delivery of hand-made services to the municipality to the extent that it involves planned and daily building maintenance for climate climbers, interior building parts and technical installations, as well as sheds, fences etc. where each task has a magnitude of 0-500 000 DKK excl . VAT. Then the need for craftsmanshipLser will vary in a timely manner as quantity, the tasks are offered as framework agreements that provide the basis for single-person work can be requested by the municipality during the term of the Framework Agreements. The framework agreement consists of 2 framework agreements (1 and 2) in the field of comparative engineering and installation work (1) and construction work (2). Framework Agreement 1 comprises the following subjects:

1.1) Electrical work,

1.1 ) Handicraft services in the field of electrical work: The work contains commonly used electrical work. Including feed paths, wiring, mounting, insfigures, luminaires, boards, relays, electric motors, electrical certificates, visible and hidden piping, etc. The work may include newbuilding, construction, repair, repair, installation, regulation and more. Before the award decision, tenderers to whom the contracting entity intends to award the framework agreements must submitdocumentation for the information provided in the ESPD pursuant to section 151-152 of the Public Procurement Act, cf. section 153.

In application for a pre-qualification, the applicant must indicate whether the application applies to Framework Agreement 1, or 2. Applicants may apply for pre-qualification to Bathing Framework Agreements 1 and 2. Each applicant may submit an application for pre-qualification only per. framework agreement. Safely the same legal entity-is part of or on another participant in several applications, applicants must ensure that the participation of the same legal entity does not lead to mutually affecting the content of the different offerers' offer.

The contracting entity may apply the procedure in section 159 (1) of the Procurement Act. 5 whose applications or offers do not meet the formal requirements of the tender.
