The offer includes a Framework Agreement Complex consisting of 5 smoothing contractse-mail and industrial engineering services where jobs can be requested.

Main Site: Aalborg Municipality, Denmark.

The contracting entity needs certificate welding work on the boiler. The scope of work is defined as: Access to economists, the boiler panel weigher, all within these, boiler collectors, internal boiler connection routes, until departure from departure collectors. There will be a need for a certificate wizarde with certificate for the welding of high-alloyed stool with rear gas.

The contracting entity intends to enter into framework agreements with a supplier.

Applicant must attach a completed ESPD section IV.B, filled in as described below.

Applicants must in the ESPD section IV.B provide the following financial figures for the last 3 available, completed and audited accounts, cf. section 142 of the Public Procurement Act, cf. FvD articleEl 80:

- Equity in each of the last 3 available, completed and audited accounts,

- Solidarity in each of the last 3 available, completed and audited accounts.

The tender material is available on the basis of item 3. I.3) posted website. The submission of applications and subsequent offers can only be made electronically via the website, which is listed in section. I.3).

Interested businessYou can be assigned a username and password via the Procurement Website. It is necessary to install Adobe Reader (version 11.0.7 or later) or Adobe Acrobat (version 6.0 or later version) as well as a program that can read docx files in order to access the system and read the tender material.

Refer to the Danish Competition and Consumer Agency's guidance on the completion of the ESPD. Applicants must submit an ESPD as a preliminary proof of the aforementioned circumstances. The applicant will be excluded from participation in the procurement procedure if the applicant is subject to the provisions of - 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Act, cf. Section 10 of the Implementing Order, the mandatory exclusiongrounds, as well as the grounds for exclusion laid down in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 1 and 2, cf. Section 10 of the Implementing Order, unless the Applicant has provided sufficient evidence that it is palpable in accordance with Section 138 of the Public Procurement Act. The requested information forms the basis for the contractor's assessment of whether the applicant is fit to promised the assignment and which ans0gere invited to submit an offer. If applicants participate in the procurement process with others, in particular as part of a group, consortium, joint venture or similar, all affected participants must submit a separate ESPD. All required information under Part III must be submitted to each participant in the consortium. However, in the context of the suitability assessment, the consortium will gatherthe suitability being considered. If the required information is not provided by all consortium participants, the offer is not necessarily conditional, but it may affect the suitability assessment. In addition, each participant in the individual ESPD must indicate the role of the economic actor in the group, the other economic operators participating in the procedure and, where appropriate, the name of the participantnd group (ESPD Part II.A).

If applicants are based on the financial and economic and / or technical and professional capacities of other entities, they must also attach a separate ESPD with Part II, Parts A and B, and Part III is complied with by the relevant units (ESDP Part II, Section C). In the suitability assessment it will be the overall suitability that is being assessed.

Safely the same legal entity is part of or on another participant in several applications, applicants must ensure that the participation of the same legal entity does not lead to reciprocal interference with the content of the different offerers' offers.
