The subject of the procedure is the repair of units and aggregates for heavy mining equipment and LPG. The equipment that the Assignor possesses and, if necessary, its units and aggregates will be handed over for repair under the contract concluded as a result of the procedure is:

Main Site:-DDP Troyanovo-1 mine, Troyanovo-North mine, Troyanovo-3 mine and the contractor's repair base according to Incoterms 2010.

The subject of the procedure is the repair of units and aggregates for heavy mining equipment and LPG. The equipment that the Assignor possesses and, if necessary, its units and aggregates will be delivered for repair under the contract concluded as a result of the procedure is:SRs 2000, SRs 1300, SRs 1200, ERs 710, SRs 470, K400, A2RsB 12500, A2RsB 6300, ARs 5000, Overloaders Bs 2000, BRs 1800, BRs 1600, BRs 1400,

- rubber band conveyors - GTL 1800, GTL 2250 and others.

The subject includes repair operations to restore the functionality of individual units and aggregates of heavy mining equipment. Types of operations, quantitythe frequency and frequency of the procurement shall be determined according to the need, wear and tear of the details and the occurrence of accidents during the execution of the contract to be concluded. Execution time: 36 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or up to the maximum value of BGN 3 000 000 excluding VAT, whichever occurs first. On fulfillmentthe contractor will be entrusted with repair works, which will be carried out in factory conditions with specialized equipment and technologies for the repair of parts, assemblies and aggregates for CTM and GTL. The detailed requirements are described in the technical specification, the documentation for participation.

All decisions, notices and explanations of this procedure will be published in the buyer profilea, in the electronic file of this contract. Decisions to close the procedure shall be sent in accordance with Art. 43, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act. Where the decision has not been received by the participant in any of the ways specified in Art. 43, para. 2, the assignor publishes a message to him in the buyer profile. The decision is deemed served as of the date of publication of the message
