Provision of audiovisual and interpretation technical resources necessary for the organisation of high-level protocol events.

Main Site : Mainly Belgium (Brussels), but possibly any other country in the EU and outside of the EU as well.

The aim of the contract is to have recourse, through the choice of 'a la carte' services according to the needs of each event, to the rental of mobile interpretation booths, audiovisual equipment, audio and video signal recording and distribution equipment, as well as to the provision of related services for the purpose of deploying a local and/or remote interpretation solution, both within the SGC buildings located in the Schuman district (mainly Europa and Justus Lipsius buildings); and outside (in Belgium, in Europe, or all over the world).

The framework contract will also cover services that are not directly related to the organisation of an event: services of outsourced technicians or managers in the buildings of the SGC located in the Schuman district, purchase and rental of audio/video equipment, and storage and maintenance of owned equipment.

The contractor's staff operating the equipment during the events must be in possession of security clearance at the secret level. Upon the entry into force of the contract, the contractor must provide proof for the staff concerned, or proof of its application to the National Safety Authority.
