Storage and storage of containers and storage services for I / S Amager Resource Center

The offered task includes a contract concerning the purchase of new containers, rolling out of containers and container service throughout the contract's term in the form of delivery, retrieval, preparation and maintenanceof containers.

Main Site: Tarnby Municipality and Drag-r Municipality.

The task offered includes a contract relating to the purchase of new containers, rolling out containers and container service throughout the contract, in the form of delivery, retrieval, preparation and maintenance of containers. consists of three services:

- Purchase and delivery of containers,

- Rolling out of containers in Tarnby Kommune,

- Looping container service throughout the contract period.

The rolling out of the containers must be detailed in cooperation with the suppliers, Tarnby Municipality and ARC. The roll-out must be effected by the suppliers. The task contains the following deliveries and activities:

1) (First) Rolling out - Delivery and rolling of new containers (2 pcs for each household): Delivery, preparation, rollout and registrationtotaling approx. 18, 000 pcs. 2-wheeled 240 liter containers with partitions (2 per household), to villages in Tarnby Municipality as soon as possible in the beginning of 2019.

2) (Other) Rolling-out - Delivery and rolling of new containers: Delivery, preparation, rollout and registration of ca. 400 pcs. 4-wheeled 660 liter containers for floor-building in Tarnby Municipality in the autumn 2019

Keeper service - L0bende utsreplacement of existing containers and supplementary deliveries.

Since these are new schemes where ARC and the two municipalities do not know the final extent, ARC takes note that the quantities indicated alone represent estimated quantities and are ARC's best shoots from a assessment of current and future needs at present.

It is a prerequisite for the conclusion of the Contract that the winning bidder can provide documentation as specified in item 12 of the specifications.

The required final documentation will be obtained from the tenderer who ARC expects to award the contract to prior notification of allocation.

TiThe tenderer is therefore invited to prepare the necessary documentation already in connection with the submission of tenders.

ARC reserves the right to obtain final documentation at an earlier date, if necessary.
