Running a Reception Centre for Re-Useable Articles

The Contracting Authority would like to enter into a Framework Agreement for running a reception centre for re-useable articles at our recycling station. The reception centre for re-useable articles takes in, amongst other things, sports equipment, furniture, household articles and ornaments from households in Trondheim and Klaebu, which are suitable for re-use and sale.

The Contracting Authority would like to enter into a Framework Agreement for running a reception centre for re-useable articles at our recycling station. The reception centre for re-useable articles takes in, amongst other things, sports equipment, furniture, household articles and ornaments from households in Trondheim and Klaebu, which are suitable for re-use and sale. The Contracting Authority allows items to be taken for re-use, however with a ceiling of 250 tonnes per calendar year.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation Requirement:

— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,

— Foreign companies: verification that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be older than 12 months from the tender deadline.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy, have satisfactory liquidity and solidity and a minimum score of A or equivalent.

Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The credit rating must not be older than 3 months. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to carry out this service.
