Travaux de remiin state, transformation and scenographic development of an existing building in the heart of the Bird Park said, in a place visited by the public and man. The works include building works (lots 1 to 8) mainly comprising waterproofing repairs, demolitions, electricity repairs, exterior floors and various carpentry, painting, metallerie and tiling. They also include scenographic works and layouts (lots 9 to 15) including layout and decoration, graphics, audiovisual and lighting operations from the networks to production and artistic painting. are described in the CCTP.
