Through the rehabilitation works requestyou are looking for an amphitheater inside the building, in the large hall area, on an area of about 235 m2, with about 240 places, in the form of gradings.

Main Site: USAMV Bucharest Bucharest Veterinary Medicine Faculty, Riegler Amphitheater, from Splaiul Independentei no. 105, sector 5, Bucharest.

Design services and execution of rehabilitation works according to the projectThe technical documentation previously developed for the Riegler Amphitheater at the FMV campus "Cotroceni Veterinary Medicine", from Splaiul Independentei No. 105, sector 5, Bucharest, according to the specification, is intended to change the destination of the building, ie from horse stables, in a modern amphitheater and properly equipped with furniture, equipment and facilities that meet the needsand current requirements. The objectives of designing the specifications, works will be done as follows:

A. Design services at the Riegler amphitheater building; Rehabilitation works at the Riegler Amphitheater building:

I. Rehabilitation works at the Riegler amphitheater building: decommissioning, dismantling / demolition, consolidation and repairing the structure, gradation; podium production for presidium; interior and exterior access doors; facade finishing works; replacement of exterior joinery; roofing and roofing work; redistribution works; interior washable paintings on walls and ceilings; existing floor replacement works; works in sanitary groups for students and teachers; conefeathering and wall paneling, radiators, cuffs; cornisa perimetrala; work related to electrical installations; weak current installations; plumbing, heating, air conditioning, Exterior fitting works,

III. Furnishing with furniture specific to a course amphitheater for education, as well as adjacent spaces,

IV. Venetian blinds,

V. Audiovisual equipmentio-video.

Requirement no. 1. Non-compliance in any of the situations provided in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

DUAE will be completed by law, by the bidders / members of the association, subcontractors and supportive third parties. The bidder ranked first in the interim ranking along with subcontractors and third-party supporters he has declared will present the documentshe knows that he does not fall into any of the situations provided by art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016, such as criminal records for the firm and for the members of its management, decision or control body, fiscal records or other evidence of lack of overdue debts at the time of their presentation on the payment of taxes or contributions to thegeneral consolidation, established certificates. To demonstrate that the bidder, subcontractor or third party does not fall into any of the situations provided for in art. 164, 165 and 167, they may present any document deemed to be edifying in their country of origin or in the country in which they are established, such as certificates, criminal records or other equivalent documentsissued by competent authorities in that country. If in the country of origin or in the country where it is established no documents of the nature of the above mentioned documents are issued or the respective documents do not cover all the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 and 167, the contracting authority will accept a declaration on its own responsibility or if there are no legal provisions in the countryto the declaration on his / her own responsibility, an authentic declaration made before a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association with competence in this respect. 2. A declaration of non-compliance in any of the situations provided for in art. 60 corroborated with art. 59 of the Law no. 98/2016. The statement will be presented with the DUAEby all the participants in the award procedure, respectively by the tenderers / members of the association, subcontractors, third supporters.

Application no. 1. The bidder ranked first in the interim ranking will issue the certificate of attorney issued by the Trade Registry Office orrelevant documents submitted to support the fulfillment of the qualification criteria submitted by the foreign natural / legal person, in compliance with the principle of mutual recognition. The data contained in the statement must be actual / current at the time of the presentation, the object of the economic operator`s activity having the correspondence with the object of the contract.if the first ranked tenders are found to have equal prices, the contracting authority will require the respective operators to submit in the SEAP documents containing new prices.

The tenderers / subcontractors / third-party supporters will fill in and sign with an extended electronic signature based on a qualified certificate issued by an accredited certification service provider, all docthe elements submitted to SEAP, including clarification requests or answers to clarification requests. In order to submit requests for clarifications regarding the awarding documentation, the economic operator will register in SEAP / SICAP sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub as economic operator according to the provisions of art. 5 par. (1) of H.G. no. 395/2016 and will forward the requests in the veif the Contracting Authority`s terms of reference provided for in Art. 160-161 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Access and completion of DUAE by interested economic operators can be done through SICAP. We mention that for the viewing of the SEAP uploaded documentation, economic operators must have a required program to view the electronically signed filesthe eastern program being available free of charge on the websites of electronic signature providers). Correspondence and identification data of economic operators (address, telephone, fax, e-mail, fiscal identification code) will be recorded in the DUAE.
