Property management services of real estate on a fee or contract basis. assessments of state property in terms of non-current deposits in Statens Ejendomssalg A / S (Freja)

Reference Number: 2019 - 6936

A 4-year framework contract is offered for the assessment and valuation of government properties for non-residential deposits byFreja properties

A 4-year framework contract is offered for the assessment and valuation of state property for the purpose of contributing appropriately to the Freja properties. This is a very versatile and diverse property portfolio. For example, property types include service housing, office buildings, barracks, depots, prisons, detention centers, educational buildings, undeveloped grounds, etc.

On a regular basis, certain properties are no longer to be used for governmental purposes. The State may choose to dispose of the released property to the State-owned real estate company, Statens Ejendomssalg A / S (Freja). This is done specifically by transferring the properties to the Ministry of Finance, which transfersthe property to Freja.

When government depositors transfer property to the Ministry of Finance, the depositors receive a financial compensation, which in most cases corresponds to the book value of the property. However, the Danish Nature Agency and the Ministry of Defense apply that, as a rule, they receive a financial compensation for the properties corresponding to assessed market values, which in this contextmeadow is defined as `estimated tender prices`. In connection with the transfer of property from the Nature Agency or the Ministry of Defense to the Ministry of Finance as part of a deposit in Freja, assessments of estimated tender prices for the properties in question must therefore be made.. This means that a valuation and valuation of the properties must be made, here defined as an `appraisal `. This applies irrespective of the depositor who wishes to dispose of the property.and (ii) estimated tender prices for the Ministry of Defense and the Danish Nature Agency`s properties in addition to appraisal deposit assessments. In order for the tenderer to form an impression of the task, a list of the properties assessed in the period 2015 to 2018 for deposits in Freja is attached to the tender documents. The properties are broken down by property type, geographical location and size. However, it is emphasized that the number of properties thatThe supplier must maintain liability insurance for the entire duration of the framework agreement, which covers the damage that employees may cause in connection with the benefits, and be insured against incorrect advice if the contract includes a consultancy assignment.
