Modernization project of line 6 - study, development, supply, installation and commissioning of the system. Centralized Orders (PCC)

Benefits include study, design, development, supplyre, qualification, installation, testing, commissioning, warranty and maintenance in operational condition of a Centralized Control Post (PCC).

This lot includes all services related to the deployment of functions supervision and management of the traffic and traction of the line. as well as advanced line management functions (terminal management, ion of drivers, regulation). It is interfaced with lot 2.

This lot gives rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum amount and a maximum amount.

Benefits included in the minimum amount:

- the study, the development and the validation of the PCC software including Human Machine Interfaces (HMI),

- study, manufacture and installation of equipment in premises techniques on-line or in station: control and acquisition chain of the ground, means of information for the drivers (Indicator of quay (IQ), Indicators of regular schedule (IHR) and Consoles of information operator (CIE)), - the study, supply and installation of the central PCC system in a new building: operator stations, optical control board (TCO), networks, calculateurs,

- interfaces with surrounding systems including: the lot 2 subsystem, the train control system (Octys), signaling, online traction equipment, computer data concentration servers, systems of information traveler, schedules, service driver, authorizations, video, sound system, supervisor,

- the supply of the system of formation,

- related supplies: tools for maintenance support, spare park, means of tipping,

- integration between the 2 lots of the market,

- project coordination and interface management with the environment ( users, train control system installations, signaling ...),

- study, installation of equipment with online works realizedin day and / or night, integration and validation of the PCC system,

- study, supply and implementation of the systems of tilting necessary for the realization of the installations, the tests and the putting into service without stops of the operation,

- the study, validation and supply of maintenance tools,

- the supply of all contractual documentation,

- the supply ofspare lots,

- training of operating and maintenance personnel,

- commissioning of provisional and final versions,

- performance monitoring,

- probationary periods after each commissioning,

- the guarantee.
