subject matter is rent 23 units, air-conditioned sleeping cars (including 15 pieces for Part 1 of the subject matter and 8 pieces for part 2 of the subject matter) with the possibility of applying an option for another Air conditioning unit 13 sleeper (including 5 pieces for 1 part of the subject matter, and 8 units for the part of the subject matter 2)i?1/2for the purpose of operation and inclusion in a train passenger services within the train timetable in national and international rail passenger services, with the kilometric Overrun all the cars provided under Section 1. Article I The Framework Agreement represents the sum of a distance of 47.2 million km over the duration Framework agreement for all cars (of which 26.2 million km for part 1subject matter and 21 million km for Part 2 of the subject matter). Duration of the framework agreement for each part of the subject matter is specifically for a period of eight years or until the exhaustion of financial limits for individual parts of the subject matter.
