Delivery of the Diagnostic Rolling Stockwith a defectoscopy according to the requirements of the procuring entity listed in Chapter B.1 Description of the subject matter of the tender documentation.

1.1 The adjudicator must comply with the terms and conditions stated in - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act). Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, od. 4, par. 5, - 152 para. 1 (entered in the list of economic subjects) or - 152, par. 3 of the Public Procurement Act

1.2 The entry in the list of economic subjects is effective against any public contracting authority / entity, and the information therein is not necessary in the procurement procedures to be verified. The Contractor in the assessment of the fulfillment of the conditions of the personal status verification verifies onof the economic entity in the list of economic subjects, if the applicant has not submitted the documents according to - 32 par. 2, 4 and 5 or an equivalent entry or registration certificate pursuant to Section 152 3 of the Act on Public Procurement

1.3 Entry in the List of Entrepreneurs Performed pursuant to the Act on Public Procurement effective until 17 April 2016 (Act No. 25/2006 Coll.) Is entered in the list of economic entities in1.4 The Applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the Contracting Authority for a single European document within the meaning of Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act. According to - 55 par. (1) of the Public Procurement Act, the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of the tender shall be submitted by the tenderer who ranked first in the ranking after the evaluation.

1.5 The group of suppliers shall prove fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the public procurement for each individual member of the group-separately. The order for the supply of the object of the order is proved by a member of the group of suppliers only in relation to the part of the object of the order, which I shall provide.

1.6 The agent shall prove personally for each other according to - 33 par. 2 of the Act and pursuant to - 34 par. 3 of the Act on Public Procurement and for each subcontractor which it shall indicate in its tender pursuant to Section 41 of the Public Procurement Act.

1.7 Obstarthe tenderer shall exclude from the public procurement of the applicant or occupier if, on the basis of the information provided, it is suspected that the applicant or the person concerned has entered into an agreement for disrupting the economic tender in the given public procurement with another economic entity. The bidder shall submit the following documents proving its financial and economic position within the meaning of - 33 par. 1 public law(original or certified copy of documents):

2.1. according to - 33 par. 1 letter. a) public procurement law - expressing a bank or branch of a foreign bank

2.2. according to - 33 par. 1 letter. (d) the Public Procurement Act - a summary of the total turnover for the last 3 (three) years of business, which is available from the date of commencement or commencement of the business activity

GeneralInformation: The economic entity may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the Contracting Authority for a single European document within the meaning of Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act. According to - 55 par. (1) of the Act, the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part shall be submitted by the tenderer who ranked first in rank after the evaluation of the tender.

The applicant may use the financial resources of another person in the sense of - 33 par. 2 of the Act on Public Procurement. If the candidate demonstrates the fineconomic and financial standing by using the resources of another person, the Contractor shall prove that the person fulfills the conditions for participation in personal status by submitting the documents according to Clause 1.1, except for the right to supply the subject of the order pursuant to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the public procurement law and there shall be no evidence of exclusion pursuant to - 40 par. 6 sheets. (a) to (h) and 7 Act on public obsIf an applicant demonstrates a financial and economic position by using other person's resources, the contractor will prove that he will actually use the resources of the person in performing the contract. This fact is evidenced by a written contract concluded with the person whose sources prove his financial and economic standing. From the written contract, the person's handbag must be provided to provide a service during a cellthe duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to prove his financial and economic standing must prove that he fulfills the conditions of his / her personal status under paragraph 1.1 and that there is no evidence of exclusion under Section 40 6 sheets. (a) to (h) and 7 of the Public Procurement Act.

A group of contractors demonstrates the fulfillment of the terms and conditions in the public procurementthe average annual rate of another currency for the calendar year concerned shall be published by the European Central Bank (hereinafter referred to as "the ECB") for the conversion of the applicant into its financial and economic status jointly. For the year 2018, the ECB shall use the conversion rate of the other currency to be published by the ECB on the date of publication of the notice of award of the contract in the Official Journal of the European Union (hereinafter referred to as U.U.EU).-if the applicant fails to provide the document to the procuring entity for the purposes of proof of economic and financial standing, he proceeds in accordance with - 33 par. 4 of the Act on Public Procurement.

With regard to the provision of - 187 par. 8 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Contractor applies communication and exchange of information in writing via post, other agent, fax, electron(s) may be requested by the interested party on the basis of a written request electronically delivered to the e-mail address of the contact person referred to in point I.3 of this notice within the time limit specified in point IV.2.2 of this notice. The supporting documents for the insertion of attachments in an editable form will be contacted by the person providing the e-mail at the email addressThe subject of public procurement is not green public procurement, procurement of innovation or focus on social aspects.
