Miete von Gueterwagen der Typen Rens / Res / Rns / Rs

SBB Ltd leases, from 1.3.2019 to 30.11.2020, 20 flat wagons with 4 axles of type Res / Rens and 10 flat wagons with 4 axles of type Rs / Rns, with option of extension of up to 3 years (to be asserted no later than 60 days before the end of the lease) and a 2 option of no more than 30 flat cars with 4 additional axles (type Res / Rens-or Rs / Rns). The successful tenderer can not claim a defined delivery volume for the options. Conversely, he is not obliged to reserve wagons for this purpose.

Qualification Criterion 1: ECM Function Statement I.

Criterionqualification 2: the lessor guarantees the existence and maintenance of a business liability insurance relating to material and bodily injury. The guaranteed amount amounts to at least CHF 10 million per event.

Qualification Criteria 3: 2 references to similar leases (Res / Rens or Rs / Rns wagons, 20 vehicles, lease term 1 -5 years).

Qualification Criteria 4: foproof of possession of the wagons or existence of a long-term lease contract

Partial bids are not allowed.

Conditions for countries which have not adhered to the WTO agreements: none.

General conditions: cf. conditions of the call for tenders.

Negotiations: remain reserved.

Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts fors in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee compliance with the provisions on the protection of workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women.
