The TEC (public transport) is the public transport company active on the Walloon territory. It is made up of 6 entities: 5 operating companies (TEC Walloon Brabant, TEC Charleroi, TEC Liege-Verviers and TEC Namur-Luxembourg), which ensure the daily management of the network of buses and trams, and the Operator of transpoof Wallonia (OTW), which acts as a holding company. The merger of these 6 entities into a single legal entity is planned for 1.1.2019.

Main Site: Walloon Region.

This lot includes:

- the provision of a software solution allowing the organization, the storage, the editing and distribution of content from the user workstation to digital screens,

- implementation, confconfiguration and configuration of this software solution to meet the needs of the TEC in terms of content, flow and organization,

- the supply, parameterization and commissioning of the devices necessary for broadcasting (boxes of distribution) and the measurement of audience (sensors),

- the overall coordination of the installation and commissioning schedule of the system diffusion and digital screens on all the sites concerned,

- the on-site commissioning of the system of diffusion on each screen,

- the maintenance of the system - software solution and material of diffusion, except screens - (including evolutionary maintenance).
