This contract concerns the selection of a contractor for the supply, installation and hardware and software parameterization for the purpose of implementing a secure transmission system for exam questionsThe Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs (Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs) aims to replace the existing broadcasting system, known as VBI, a modern test transmission system.
The equipment includes equipment that will be installed in the building of the Central Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. in Maroussi, but also a terminalwhich will be installed in all testing centers, which are terminal points all over Greece. In addition, the terminal equipment will be installed in all the Secondary Education Departments of the country.
In addition, the candidate contractor and required installation and configuration services, training, warranty and support are requested, necessary for the operation of the whole infrastructure. Thus, the subject of this action includes: 1) equipment and software supply; 2) equipment installation and customization services; 3) training services; 4) maintenance, support and warranty services. procedures for the award of this contract are required to engage in commercial or-industrial or craft activity relevant to its subject. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI, 4412/2016 (Government Gazette 147 A.). In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SIC. or to third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in a corresponding professionalcommercial or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.
