CPV Description: The subject of the order is to ensure safe, efficient and high quality transport services for the traveling public between the towns of Žilina and Rajec by means of regional transport by means of a carrier, which will provide the following stations and stops: Žilina, Žilina Zariečie, Žilina Solinky, Bytčica, Lietavska Lučka, Porubka, Poluvsie, Rajecke Teplice, Konska pri-Rajci, Zbyňov, Kľač, Rajec. A successful tenderer will be awarded a contract for transport services in public interest within the meaning of - 21 of Act no. 514/2009 Coll. transport on the railways. The carrier will be provided with technical and qualitative conditions to ensure transport performance
