The Purchaser specified in this Procurement Documentation the conditions for carrying out professional activities to ensure that economic operators have the capacity to perform the professional activity necessary for the execution of a public procurement contract. The requirement for performing a professional activity is related to the subject of procurement and the proportionate subject of procurement. The following is a condition for the ability to perform a professional activity: 4.1.1. Proof of the entry of the economic operator in the court, business, professional or other appropriate register in the country of his establishment. For the purposes of determining the circumstances from point 4.1.1, the economic operator shall submit:
