Collection of data for the 2020-2024 studies of the Military Academy (ACAMIL) at the ETH Zurich. The Chair of Military Sociology of the Military Academy (ACAMIL) carries out a study every year. on opinion formation in the Swiss electorate. This study is used to determine long-term trends as well as those related to opinion formation.It refers to foreign policy, security policy and defense policy. The telephone interviews required for the study must be carried out by an opinion survey institute (telephone interviews throughout Switzerland).

The telephone interviews required for the study must be conducted by an opinion polling institute(Telephone interviews throughout Switzerland)

The proof and proof of fitness listed below must be provided in its entirety with the offer, without restrictions or modifications, otherwise it will not be entered into the offer.

(b) additional evidence of respect for equal pay for women and men: bidders and their first-tier subcontractors, each of whom has more than

50 employees, must demonstrate beyondhow they have examined their pay practices.

- CAP5: overall project responsibility: the submissionThe Contractor certifies that it bears the overall responsibility for this project, ie in particular that the tenderer is the sole contractual partner of the tenderer. Anyone involved must be indicated with the roles and functions assigned to them,

- CAP6: Single point of contact (SPOC) = study leader: attestation of a single address of contact (single point of contact) for all business processes,

- CAP7: availability of SPOC: the bidder certifies that the SPOC is reachable in the short term and by telephone within 48 hours. This period is particularly valid during the performance of the pre-tests and data collection,

- CAP8: experience / references of the tenderer: the bidder certifies its expexperience with at least 3 comparable reference terms (representative data collection comprising at least 1, 000 interviews in 2 national languages) for 3 different constituents. These references must not be older than 3 years (2016-2019),

- CAP9: training / experience of the research manager: the project manager is a graduate of a high school in social sciences (at least Bachelor's degree); has already carried out at least one comparable collection of data in one of the national languages, - CAP10: languages: the tenderer certifies that the persons responsible for conducting the telephone interviews are fluent in their respective languages (French, Swiss German or Italian),

- CAP11: acceptance of the draft contract: attestation of the tenderer that he accepts the projectof annexed contract (appendix 4.0),

- CAP12: acceptance of the general conditions: attestation of the tenderer who accepts the general conditions of the Confederation for the purchase of goods (state in the month of September 2016).

Partial offers are not allowed.

Conditions for countries which have not adhered to the WTO Agreements: none.

Negotiations: remain reserved.t the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee compliance with the provisions on the protection of workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women. remedies: according to Art. LMP, this publication may be attacked in awithin 20 days of its notification to the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box, 9023 St. Gall. The appeal memorial, to be presented in 2 copies, will indicate the conclusions, reasons and means of proof and will bear the signature of the appellant party or his representative; will be attached a copy of this publication and the exhibits invoked as evidence, as soon as they are available.

Important for the respect of the deposit period:

a) in the event of delivery to Armasuisse: the following points must be be respected when handing over to the lodge (reception) of the administrative building of Armasuisse, Kasernenstrasse 19, 3003 Berne, for the attention of the Armas CC OMC:

(b) postal mail: the postage stamp or bar code of the service provider making the shipment is determinative (the date of the stamp affixed by the undertaking does not(c) in the case of delivery to a diplomatic or consular representation of Switzerland: the certificate of receipt issued by the representation in question is authentic. The acknowledgment of receipt must be sent to the e-mail address indicated in 1.2 at the latest until the deadline for submission of the offer.
