Systems, components and services for voice alarm systems to guide people when evacuated by EN50849

We are looking for a contractual partner able to provide the following services as an integrator of voice alarm systems (IAV) for guiding peopleevacuations:

Main Site: All of Switzerland.

We are looking for a contractual partner who can provide the following services as an integrator of voice alarm systems (IAV) to guide people during evacuations:

- collaboration with several specialized design offices,

- support for planning,

- acquisition and supply of components,

- setting uprvice,

- responsibility for proper operation and maintenance.

This call for tenders concerns the implementation of IAV as part of the ongoing works project at Bale station. During the contract period, SBB may optionally equip one or two other stations with the same IAV. This is why the total costs for Bale station are multiplied by 3 (firm service forBale and two other optional stations) and represents the final price for the auction. There is no obligation to accept Bale station outside of SBB.

Partial offers are not allowed.

Conditions for countries not having acceded to WTO agreements: none.

Negotiations: remain reserved.

Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to bidders who guarantee the respect of the provisions on the protection of the workers, the conditions of work and theequal pay for men and women.

Other indications: Voice alarm installations must meet strict requirements because of their importance in terms of security. The voice alarm installation project for Bale station as well as the buildings and installations located in its perimeter is very complex. Are required a scrupulous and clairvoy sizingof the system as well as an extremely detailed description of the technical requirements, which implies very detailed knowledge. As a result, CFF SA called on Daniel Zurwerra, expert in electroacoustic simulation and audiovisual systems integration, CEO of Virtually Audio GmbH, to draft the technical specifications. By entrusting the control of the notebookMr Markus Gaechter of the company mmcg.GmbH, SBB AG has guaranteed that the requirements for the installation have been defined objectively without regard to the systems and service providers. The company mmcg.GmbH will assist CFF SA during the call for tenders. As of the publication of the latter, Virtually Audio GmbH will no longer be involved, especially whenevaluation of tenders.

Indication of remedies: in accordance with Art. 30 LMP, this decision may be challenged, within 20 days of its publication, at the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box, 9023 St. Gallen. The appeal, to be presented in 2 copies, will indicate the conclusions, reasons and means of proof and will bear the signature of the partyappellant or his agent; a copy of this publication and the exhibits invoked as evidence will be attached, where available.
