The contractor will be in charge of providing a whole range of services and associated products related to the organisation of events on behalf of the European Commission Representation in Greece.

The contractor will be in charge of providing a whole range of services and associated products related to the organisation of events on behalf of the contracting authority (EC REP Greece). The events will be held all over Greece. For the purposes of this contract, an event is an occasion attended by several participants, within a venue (or relying on a digital platform, for virtual events), with a set programme. Other services can be associated, such as promotion of event, hosting, web-streaming, etc. The tenderer is expected to propose the latest modern means for organising the events showing both creativity and innovation (e.g. social media, other events promotion means etc.) A virtual event involves interacting people sharing a common virtual environment on the web, rather than meeting in a physical location and can be based on social media or on a media platform. It can also refer to aspects of an event that are brought to users through an online experience, such as live-streaming the event or creating on-demand video content to be viewed afterwards.
