Provision of Consultancy Services for the Evaluation Programme

Reference Number : PSIR/02/CS/AG/19

The ESM requires the services of one (1) senior consultant (the "Senior Evaluation Consultant") to perform tasks as an evaluation expert within the ESM evaluation team. The Senior Evaluation Consultant will be required to take a "hands-on" approach to ensure the successful delivery of requirements and excellence in support of the ESM's programme evaluation team.

The Senior Evaluation Consultant will provide to the ESM expert advice in the area of programme evaluation, and in particular, he/she will assist the ESM evaluation team in conducting an impartial and credible evaluation of the financial assistance to Greece.

The Senior Evaluation Consultant will work under the guidance of the ESM's Project manager to render the deliverables as detailed in the procurement documents.
