2) By submitting their application, candidates accept without reservation the content of the notice of market, accompanying documents and market procedure, as described in them, and agree to be bound by the provisions thereof. 4) For the criteria of economic, financial, technical and professional capacity, a candidate may, if necessary, have recourse to the capacity of other entities, whatever the legal nature of its links with these entities. In this case, it must demonstrate that it will have the resources necessary for the execution of the contract by producing the commitment of these entities to make these resources available to the successful tenderer for this specific contract. This entity must act as guarantor, in a separate European market document, for all the commitments made by the candidate and will undertake to provide its pleine cooperation and to put all the necessary resources at the disposal of STIB within the framework of this contract. Under the same conditions, an association of candidates can use the capacity of participants in the association and that of other entities;

5) In the context of the regulations concerning the GDPR, the candidate himself remains responsible for requesting permissions necessaires of its customers or other third parties concerned in order to be able to use the personal data requested within the framework of this procedure.
