The subject of the contract called "Work and safety shoes" is the supply of goods - footwear for the needs of the employees of the procurer within the scope of fulfillment of the obligation of the procurer in the sense of ust. Act no. 124/2006 Z.z. on safety and protectionhealth and the amendment of certain laws in the wording of the later regulations provide employees with the necessary personal protective equipment.

Main Site: Individually subsidized warehouses of the procurer within the whole SR territory as these are listed in the tender. documents, specified in the individual written orders issued under the framework agreement.and "Work and safety shoes" is in accordance with the - 3 ods. 2 of the Act on public procurement of goods - work and safety shoes for the needs of the employees of the procurer within the scope of fulfillment of the obligation of the procurer within the meaning of ust. Act no. 124/2006 Z.z. on Safety and Health at Work and on Amendments to Certain Laws, as amended, provide employees withThey will need to be able to carry out their own personal protective equipment.

A detailed description of the subject of the order and the requirements for the subject of the order are given in the tender documents. The guarantor must meet the conditions of the time stipulated in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, par. 4, par. 5, - 152 para. 1 (entered in the list of economic subjects) or - 152, par. 3 of the Public Obstacle Actravani.

1st With regard to the provision of - 187 par. 8 of the Act on Public Procurement and - 20 par. 7 floor. d) the law on public procurement, the contractor applies communication and exchange of information by post, by e-mail, by fax, by e-mail or by a combination thereof. Complaints may be requested by the interested party on the basis of a written request electronically delivered to the email addressof the contact person referred to in point I.1. of this notice, within the time limit specified in point IV.2.2. of this notice. 3.
