The subject of the contract called "Work and safety shoes" is the supply of goods - footwear for the needs of the employees of the procurer within the scope of fulfillment of the obligation of the procurer in the sense of ust. Act no. 124/2006 Z.z. on safety and protectionhealth and the amendment of certain laws in the wording of the later regulations provide employees with the necessary personal protective equipment.

Act no. 124/2006 Z.z. on Safety and Health at Work and on Amendments to Certain Laws, as amended, provide employees withThey will need to be able to carry out their own personal protective equipment.
A detailed description of the subject of the order and the requirements for the subject of the order are given in the tender documents. The guarantor must meet the conditions of the time stipulated in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. 1st With regard to the provision of - 187 par. 8 of the Act on Public Procurement and - 20 par. 7 floor. d) the law on public procurement, the contractor applies communication and exchange of information by post, by e-mail, by fax, by e-mail or by a combination thereof. Complaints may be requested by the interested party on the basis of a written request electronically delivered to the email addressof the contact person referred to in point I.1. of this notice, within the time limit specified in point IV.2.2. of this notice. 3.
