The subject of the order is the provision of programming services and automated testing services for Employer relying on programming software packages and preparation and finishingautomatic tests according to the requirements defined by the Ordering Party during the order execution.

The object of the order is to provide programming services for the Ordering Party consisting in programming software packages according to the requirements defined by the Ordering Party during the order.

The ordering does not put any specialmagick in the fulfillment of this condition.

The Contracting Authority will recognize that the Contractor meets the condition of participation in the Proceeding in the economic or financial situation, if the Contractor shows that he is insured against civil liability in the scope of activities related to the subject of the order for an amount not less than: PLN 000.00 (in words: one hundred fifty thousand zlotys 00/100)for each part of the order. In order to demonstrate compliance by the Contractor of the above-mentioned conditions, the Contractor submits documents confirming that the Contractor is insured against civil liability in respect of the business related to the subject of the order for a guarantee sum determined by the Employer. who-they are not subject to exclusion from the Procedure under art. 24 sec. 1 Pzp. The Contracting Authority provides for the exclusion of Economic Operators from the Proceedings pursuant to art. 24 sec. 5 point 1, ie from the proceedings for awarding a public contract, the Contracting Authority will exclude the Contractor in relation to which the liquidation has been opened, in the system approved by the court in the restructuring proceedings it is foreseen to be satisfiede of creditors by the liquidation of their property or the court ordered the liquidation of his property in the mode of art. 332 par. 1 of the Act of 15.5.2015 - Restructuring Law (ie Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1508 with later amendments) or whose bankruptcy was announced, except for the Contractor who, after the bankruptcy, concluded an arrangement approved by a valid court order if the arrangement does not provide for the satisfaction of Belby the liquidation of the assets of the bankrupt, unless the court ordered the liquidation of his assets in accordance with art. 366 (1) of the Act of 28.2.2003 - Bankruptcy Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2344, as amended). 3.5 In order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion, the Contractor shall provide the following declarations and documents: a) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24paragraph. 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids or requests to participate in the proceedings;

b) statement of the Contractor about the lack of a final court decision or final administrative decision on payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums, or - in the case of expenditureia of such a judgment or decision - documents confirming payment of such receivables with possible interest or fines, or conclusion of a binding agreement regarding repayment of such receivables,

c) declaration of the Contractor about the lack of a ruling against him as a preventive measure for not applying for public orders; ) extract from the relevant register or from central records iiinformation about economic activity, if separate regulations require an entry in the register or records, in order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion under art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 Pzp.
