The Budget Control IS (under Action 1 of the project) and the Register of Projects and Activities under Action 2 of the project) should allow for the follow-up of e-government and ICT administrations' actions and activities, which should lead to a more efficiento spending the public resource, transparency and efficiency of the budget process in limiting investments in unnecessary / duplicate resources. They must maintain analytical functionalities for the purposes of control, as appropriate, carried out by the President of the ESAU in accordance with the ESA. The focus on expediency control should be placed on the evaluation of an activity / project and the prionher to achieve the e-government vision in the Republic of Bulgaria

Proceedings of section III.2.2

Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any. These documents are: - a criminal record for the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, - a certificate from the revenue authorities and a certificate from the municipality at the seat of-the contracting authority and the participant selected as contractor for the circumstance under Art. 54, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act, - a certificate from the bodies of the Executive Labor Inspectorate for the circumstance referred to in Article 54, Paragraph 1, Item 6 of the Public Procurement Act - Participant for whom one of the above mentioned grounds for removal pursuant to Article 54 (1) of the PPA, has the right to provide evidence that it has taken the-Art. 56, para 1 of the PPA, which guarantee its reliability, despite the appropriate justification for removal. The measures taken are described in detail in EEDOP and the evidence for them is presented in the tender. the prohibition under Art. 3 and 3a of ЗИФОДРУППДР, unless there is an exception under Art. 4 of ЗИФОДРЮПДР;

For the lack of the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 or the presence of circumstanceunder Art. 4 of ЗИФОДРУППРР, the participants shall submit a completed declaration by one of the persons representing the participant and the members of the management and supervisory bodies within the meaning of Art. 54 par. 2 of the Public Procurement Act - Model № 3.

3. it is impossible to carry out identification and verification of the client's identification through the means provided in the LMML and the MIPD, incl. when the client is a legal person - to the FL, which is hisowned owners, within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 5 of the MIPD;

To perform the identification, the participants submit a completed Declaration under Art. 6, para. 2 of the LMML - Template No 4.

4. is a related party within the meaning of -2, item 45 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act or affiliated enterprises .. For the lack of connectivity the participant shall submit a completed Declaration under Art. 101, para. 11 in connection with Art. 107, item 4 of the PPA for lack of connectionwith another participant sample No. 6.

Guarantees:

1. Guarantee of performance of the contract The participant designated as a contractor shall provide a 5% (five per cent) of the contract value without VAT including a performance guarantee for the contract.
