The subject of the order Printing and related services is printing processing of printed materials, posters, leaflets, publications, bulletins, folders, books, alendar, postcards, vouchers, business cards, tickets, and similar mercantile printed matter, roll ups, banners, panels and boards. Subject of contract The printing and related services include printing processing of printed matter, posters, leaflets, publications, bulletins, folders, books, calendars, of refrigerators, vouchers, business cards, tickets, and similar mercantile printed matter, roll ups, banners, panels and boards. For more information, see Chapter B.1 - Description of the subject of the contract.

The price should include processing from the delivery of the press materials, the actual printing, bookbinding, material, packaging and transport to one place in BA or BB. additionally polygraphic uhorses must be cleaned separately in the relevant tables.

Delivery deadline will be specified in partial orders.

Contractor is not entitled to charge an additional fee for express printing.Bratislava and Banska Bystrica

The tenderer must meet the conditions of participation according to the provisions of - 32 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. They shall prove their fulfillment according to - 32 par. 2, respectively. - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Act on Public Procurement. 3 of the Act, the contracting authority is entitled to use information from informationpublic administration systems according to - 1 par. 3 Act No. 177/2018 Coll. on certain measures to reduce administrative burdens through the use of public administration information systems and on amendments to certain outcomes (ending against bureaucracy). The contracting authority shall verify their fulfillment by the tenderer or interested party on the portal www.oversi.gov.sk; 3 ZoVO applicant is not obliged to submitgive the documents referred to in para. (A) evidence from the register of legal persons, businessmen and public authorities; extract from the criminal record (valid only if the tenderer provides the contracting authority with the identity card or passport number of all members of the organs and company prosecutors as well as their family name)local tax office and local customs office

Public procurement will be carried out in accordance with - 20 of the Act by means of the functionality of IS EVO ver. 18, inclleakage, submission and evaluation of tenders. The candidate / tenderer follows the instructions given in the SP and on the UVO website https://www.uvo.gov.sk/more-o-is-evo-5f6.htmll. For the purposes of communication and exchange of information in public procurement, the date of dispatch shall be deemed to be the moment of delivery of the relevant documents between the RO and the candidate / tenderer, in particular the document with the delivery of which the FAs are running the time limits.of such writing by the functionality of IS EVO. The contracting authority requires the submission of specified documents and voucher documents with guaranteed conversion or with B / W - details are in the SP.

. The contracting authority requires a security of EUR 50 000.00UR (fifty thousand EUR), or equivalent in another currency. Further information is given in the Competition Documents in item no. 18

3rd The contracting authority may not conclude a contract with a tenderer who has an obligation to register in the register of public sector partners and is not registered in the register of public sector partners, or for which subcontractors and subcontractors pursuant to Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the register ppublic sector actors and amending certain conclusions which have an obligation to register in the public sector partner register and not to be registered in the public sector partner register. The contract will be signed with the successful tenderer only if the requirements of the Act no. 315/2016 Z.z. where relevant (entry in RPVS). The contracting authority, as the client, reserves the rightnot to enter into the contract or withdraw from the contract with the successful tenderer as the contractor without any sanction in case of disapproval or shortening of the special-purpose funds intended to finance the subject of the contract. Section 41 of the Act on Contracts, including the determination of rules for subcontractingand obligations of the supplier. The Agreement shall enter into force upon signature by the Parties and effective from the day following its publication in the CCC. The contracting authority shall exclude the Tenderer from the ROI if, on the basis of reliable information, he reasonably suspects that the Bidder has concluded an agreement distorting economic competition in the given ROI with another economic entity - - 40 para. 6 pism. (g) GMO. Public procurementsaccording to - 41 par. 1 pism. (a) and (b) of the GPA requires tenderers to submit data on subcontractors and that the proposed subcontractors meet the conditions for participation in respect of personal status and that there are no grounds for exclusion under Article 40 (1). 6 pism. a) to h) and par. 7 ZVO. Any subcontracting of the share of the contract will be regulated in the contract pursuant to - 41 of the Act.The technical specifications, the criteria for the evaluation of the offers or the conditions for the fulfillment of the contract are not subject to the Green Public Procurement, the provision of innovations, nor the focus on the social aspects.
