Printing Services and Printing Services for the Kremnica Medal and Medal Museum

The subject of the contract is the selection of the printing and information service provider of the National Bank of Slovakia - Museums of Coins and Medals in Kremnica including their packaging and transport to the place of delivery.

Main Site: Narodna banka SLovenska, Museum of Coin and Medal, Štefanikovo nam. 11/21, 96701 Kremnica, SLOVAK REPUBLIC.

Providing printing services for information and promotional materials of the National Bank of Slovakia Museum of Coin and Medal Kremnica, followed by painting or laminating, folding, book processing in relation to the specific specification of the individual items of the object of procurement. All of themprints will be provided to the contractor as a PDF print. For some items, it is also necessary to ensure that they can be adjusted to specified packages or to provide separate packages with printing. The observer must meet the conditions for the person's personal status mentioned in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public ProcurementAravan. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. (2), (4) and (5) of the Public Procurement Act, by presenting original documents or certified true copies thereof:

1.1 a copy of the criminal record not older than 3 months on the date of expiry of the time limit for submitting tenders, confirming that he or he was not a statutory body a member of a statutory body, a member of a supervisory body, or a procuratornot being convicted of a criminal offense of corruption, a criminal act of damaging the financial interests of the European Communities, a criminal offense of the act of legalizing the admission of a criminal offense, the offense of founding, assembling and supporting a criminal group, the offense of founding, representing or supporting a terrorist group, a terrorist offense and some forms of part on terrorism, the crime of trafficking in human beingsa criminal offense, the fact of which is related to the conduct or the criminal act of machining in the public procurement and the public auction. - [in the case of: - the natural person for the person to whom he / she issues the trade license or other than the trade license according to special regulations, - the right person for the economic entity legal person (criminal record of the legal person) [On 1.7.2016 he learned a lessonAct no. 91/2016 Z. z. on the criminal liability of legal persons and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter the Criminal Liability Act). 1.4 confirmation of the relevant vessel not more than 3 months from the date of expiry of the time limit for submitting tenders confirming that his assets are bankrupt, are not in restructuring, are not in liquidation, nor have they been• 1.5 evidence of the right to deliver the goods, to perform construction works or to provide a service that corresponds to the subject of a bid confirming that it is entitled to supply goods, to perform construction works or to provide a service,

1.6 by a declaration of honor, not forbidden in part in public noticetaravani confirmed by the final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the status of the place of business, place of business or usual residence. The applicant may prove that he fulfills the conditions of his / her personal status according to - 32 par. 1 letter. (a) to (f) and 2, 4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Act is entered in the list of economic entities. Only an applicant who has failed to engage in a public procurement procedure can applyin the 3 years preceding the proclamation or demonstrable commencement of a serious breach of an obligation in the sphere of protection of the environment, social law or labor law under special regulations, for which a sanction was legally imposed. Only an applicant who has not been allowed to work in the 3 years following the declarationor a demonstrable start of public procurement for serious professional misconduct.

I do not require. The public procurer will proceed in communication with interested parties or tenderers within the meaning of - 20 of the Public Procurement Act through the communication interface of the Josephine system. This communications policy concerns any communication and submission between the contracting authority and the clientEnthusiasts or Entrants. The scope of the above-mentioned limit is set for unlimited number of persons under Section 66 of the Public Procurement Act. The public contracting authority will proceed with the tender procedure pursuant to - 66 par. 7 of the Act on Public Procurement, i. the evaluation of the fulfillment of the conditions of the applicant's participation is made after the evaluation of the tender

4. The public procurer reserves the right to proceedthrough direct negotiation pursuant to Section 81, par. 1 letter. a) the Public Procurement Act. The public contracting authority may cancel the award procedure under the provisions of the Public Procurement Act. If the successful tenderer's bid exceeds the total amount of funds (assuming the value of the bid), the tenderer may not accept the offer.
