The subject of the Order is Technical Assistance (in particular Customer Coordination and Management / Orderingand related to the subject of performance, collection of documents for printing, work related to the preparation of printed materials, complete printing services, book and packaging work, logistics and its management, including services related to the transport and distribution of printed matter according to customer / orderer's requirements, electoral envelopes, carton products for electoral equipment

The subject of the contract is technical assistance (especially customer coordination / management related to the subject of performance, collection of printing materials, work related to the preparation of printed materials, complete printing services, book and packaging work), logistics and its management, including services related to transport and distribution of pressaccording to the customer's / orderer's requirements) for the provision of electoral papers, election packages, cardboard products for the election room equipment for elections: - elections to the National Council of the Slovak Republic in 2020, - elections to self-government bodies and self-governing regions in 2022

- a referendum if it is declared during the validity of the Ramca Agreement, which will result from thisPublic Procurement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") in accordance with applicable law; 2019-2023 in the event of being declared during the validity of the Agreement in accordance with applicable lawme,

- early election of the President of the Slovak Republic in 2019-2023 in the event of being declared during the validity of the Agreement in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

According to Art. 1 pism. d. Explanation of information pfor the preparation of the offer and for demonstrating that the conditions of participation have been met, the contracting authority shall, in accordance with - 48 of the Law, and in accordance with the supporting documents. Bid security is required: EUR 150 000.00 (in one word: EUR 100). Detailed information on the composition of the security is given in point 14 of the supporting documents. Procurer / Client at this timeof the immunity order pursuant to Section 20 of the Act. The contracting authority / client did not divide the object of the contract into parts of the supply specified in annex no. 8 supporting documents.

5. A group of vendors does not need to form a genuine form, but they must set vendor groups of vendors. All members of such a group of suppliers established for the delivery / supply of the subject matter of the contract are required to grant power of attorney 1members of the vendor group act on behalf of all members of the vendor group and accept instructions in that public procurement as well as act on behalf of the group for acceptance of their offer, signature of the Ramc Agreement and communication / liability in the Ramc Agreement process. When accepting a vendor offer, a group of vendors is required to close and pto submit to the contracting authority a contract in which I will clearly set out the rights and obligations of who will participate in the performance of the contract, as well as the fact that all members of the group of suppliers are bound by the claims against the contracting authority jointly and severally.
