From 1.1.2020, the municipalities of Orkdal, Meldal, Agdenes and parts of Snillfjord shall merge to become nye Orkland kommune [Orkland Municipality]. Orkland Municipality shall be the contracting authority and a party to the contract. Orkdal municipality has prepared the basis for the contract and shall be the contracting authority up until 1.1.2020.
