This invitation to tender covers printers, multifunction devices and label printers, including service and maintenance for state administration and the Cantons of the Canton.

In the present excPrinters, multifunctional devices and label printers incl. service and maintenance for the state administration and the courts of the canton.

The state administration and the courts of the canton of St. Gallen operate decentralized printing, copying, scanning and faxing for approx. connected devices and about 800 local workstation printers. Here is a big oneil of the equipment over the operating contract APZ with Abraxas (computer science) AG operated. There is also a contract between the materials center of the State Chancellery and Canon (Schweiz) AG. In some areas, so-called third-party devices are used. According to an analysis, the print output amounts to approx. 5.3 million colored and 25.6 million black and white printed pages per year. The print output data dhe does not take into account around 800 locally connected printers.

Partial offers are not permitted.

Negotiations: Subject to technical adjustments. No bidding rounds will be held.

Remedies: Within ten days of the publication in the Cantonal Official Gazette of the Canton of St. Gallen, Webergasse 8, 9001 St.Gallen, writing a complaint. The complaint must contain an application, a statement of the facts and a reason. This invitation to tender must be enclosed. There are no court holidays.
