This assignment consists oft delivering new multi-functional photocopiers and printers on a purchase basis with an all-in 60-month maintenance contract for service, maintenance, spare parts, travel, hourly wages and all consumables including toners, staples, drums, ... but with the exception of paper.
The job involves finding a partner to manage the printer park. This partner must relieve the hospital in the management. The partnership includes supplying a robust and functional printer park ensures good maintenance and satisfied users, for the duration of 5 years. Considering the users working in a hospital 24/24, reliable devices are indispensable. A management software ensures that it manages itThe printer park runs smoothly, cost monitoring can take place, new devices can easily be added to the contract, devices can be easily moved and work can be done with follow-me printing via the staff badge.
The tenderer submits the uniform European Tender Document they have filled in., which consists of an updated self-declaration and that by the aanbeCity authority as provisional evidence shall be accepted as replacement for documents or certificates issued by governmental authorities or third parties confirming that the tenderer concerned satisfies all of the following conditions:

2) he satisfies the applicable selection criteria as determined in accordance with article 71 of the law of 17.06.2016
