This assignment consists oft delivering new multi-functional photocopiers and printers on a purchase basis with an all-in 60-month maintenance contract for service, maintenance, spare parts, travel, hourly wages and all consumables including toners, staples, drums, ... but with the exception of paper.

The job involves finding a partner to manage the printer park. This partner must relieve the hospital in the management. The partnership includes supplying a robust and functional printer park ensures good maintenance and satisfied users, for the duration of 5 years. Considering the users working in a hospital 24/24, reliable devices are indispensable. A management software ensures that it manages itThe printer park runs smoothly, cost monitoring can take place, new devices can easily be added to the contract, devices can be easily moved and work can be done with follow-me printing via the staff badge.
