Publicity and visualization of projects of Varna Municipality for printing and promotional materials to be executed under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.002 "IIPGVR 2014-2020 - Varna"

The subject of the contract is related to the selection of a contractor to providepublicity and visualization of projects of Varna Municipality for printed and promotional materials, which will be implemented under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.002 "Implementation of Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plans 2014-2020 - Varna".

The subject of the contract includes the following activities, services, items:

1. Printed and information materials -leaflets - 2 570 pieces.

2. Advertising bags - 300 pieces.

Performing activities on this publicprocurement must comply with the requirements for publicity and visualization of projects where the total public funding exceeds EUR 500 000 and includes financing for infrastructure and construction. Conditions for fulfilling the order (continued): that the subject of the order. the order is included in the list of goods approved by Decision No 591 / 18.7.2016 of the Council of Ministersand services in accordance with the Common Glossary, which are intended for the award of special undertakings or cooperatives to persons with disabilities or to establishments whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of persons with disabilities or disadvantaged persons - the list of goods and the services under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act and pursuant to Art. 80, para. 1 of the PDAB, assignsummer has partitioned this part into a separate public procurement that is reserved for the participation of special enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities. Persons must be registered as special enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities at least 3 years before the date of the public procurement. Spec. enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities can participate in a common. order providedcan perform at least 80 per 100 of its subject with its own machines, facilities and human resources. In determining the resource, the amount of own resource includes the necessary costs of raw materials, energy, fuels, water supply, licenses and the like, even though their suppliers are not special enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities.
