Acquisition, implementation and maintenance of an online print job submission solution

The present consultation concerns the acquisition, implementation and maintenance of `an online submission solution for print jobs. This is a framework agreement under Articles R. 2162-1 et seq.code of the public order and will be concluded with a single economic operator. It includes a fixed portion for the acquisition, implementation and maintenance of the solution and a part executed by issuing purchase orders without a minimum and with a fixed maximum of EUR 5, 000 excluding taxes over the total duration of the agreement. -framework for all the services described in the DQE-BPU. The presentpublic contract is established for a period of 4 years from the date of notification and no earlier than 15.10.2019. It is cancellable on each anniversary date by decision of the Contracting State Public Notified to the holder by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt 2 months before the end of the current period.

Acquisition, implementation and maintenance of a solution for online submission of print jobs.

Legal status - required elements:

- a letter of application detailing the contracting parties in case of grouping. The candidate informs the conditions of his candidacy: alone or in group of economic operators (cotraitance).
