The subject of the order are comprehensive conservation works and construction works together with archaeological research in the form of surveillance regarding the barracks with the number of inw . B-167 located in the section BIIand the former Auschwitz II Birkenau camp. "The task includes the following areas, conservation works, construction works, archaeological research.

The detailed description of the order is included in the technical documentation. This documentation is Annex No. 1 to the contract and is available on the Ordering Party's website. the subject of the order is included in the contract template, constituting Annex 4 to this specification. Scope of conservation works at the wooden barrack with inventory no. B-167 determine in detail the program of conservation works in Annex No. 1 to the contract and detailed guidelines for the performance of conservation works related to desalination of wood constituting Appendix No. 1 to the contract. Conservation works will consist in disinfection, cleaning, instrengthening the weakened and repairing damaged wooden elements, as well as protecting them against the effects of atmospheric conditions, microbiological decomposition and damages caused by insects. In the case of conservation work undertaken in the context of chemical corrosion of wood, the main aim should be to extract as much ammonium salt as possible. The aim of desalination will be viablebuilding of barracks, to such concentrations of ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulphate salts, which do not change the phases of the climatic phase in the climatic conditions prevailing in the barrack. The scope defined in SIWZ. The scope of construction works is specified in detail in the project documentation. The bid bond in money will be effectively brought in if before the expiry-The deadline for submitting bids will be in the bank account of the Employer of the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum. The bid bond must cover the period of being bound by the offer. For the payment of receivables in an unconditional manner, a guarantee / surety can not be considered with a decision making the payment of the bid security to the Ordering Party against a prior call of the Contractor for payment.The bid bond paid in a non-cash form should be submitted directly with the offer. It is recommended that a wadding document be placed in a separate envelope or T-shirt, so that the return of the tender document does not violate the integrity of the offer with attachments. The Contracting Authority will refund the deposit in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 46 Pzp. The ordering party stops the bid bond as a result of the circumstances referred to in art. 46 ust. 4a i 5 Pzp.
