Folders containing the offers are sent by registered letter with request for an acknowledgment of receipt (or any other equivalent means of dispatch) or delivered on site, against receipt, from Monday toThursdays from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, Fridays from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. Candidates submit their offer under cover sealed with the indication of the consultation to which it relates: and, also, the mention.
