The subject of this study is the selection of a contractor for the following tasks:

Main Site: As specified in the contract documents. Rhodes announces an international open tender, based on the provisions of Law 4412/2016, withaward of the contract, the most economically advantageous tender, on a purely cost basis, on the total cost, excluding VAT, for the project.

Object of the call for tenders: The service to be awarded is classified under the following CPV (Common Vocabulary): 64110000- 0 and 79800000-2 and includes:

1) producing, printing, enveloping and sending bills, 2) production, printing, enveloping (with the account) and sending of accompanying forms, dimensions 21cm X 29, 7cm, 180, 000 pcs. 3) production, printing, (with the bill) and dispatch of accompanying forms, 10cm x 21cm 180.000pcs.

Estimated contract value: The total estimated value of the contractbasis, amounts to EUR 487 900.00 plus VAT. (to 604 996.00 EUR with 24% VAT)

The tenderers must:

I) engage in the profession of the auctioned subject, registered with the Chamber or professional organization concerned, ii) comply with the provisions of Law 4053/2012, to carry out postal activities and to provide a special permit from the National Authoritythe Postal and Telecommunications Commission (EETT) or designated as universal service providers, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4053/2012 and
