The acquisition of" Plastic products for cleaning maintenance "will be made according to the specifications in Annex no. 1 to the specifications and Annex no. 1 to the proposed framework agreement.

Subsequent contractswill be concluded according to needs and availability: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly.

The largest subsequent contract to be concluded is worth RON 419 607.66 excluding VAT. 164 of Law 98/2016 (the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the administration, management or supervisory body will be presentede of the respective economic operator or of those with power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive act). 165 of Law 98 / 2016.

Declaration regarding the non-classification in the situations of art. 167 of Law 98 / 2016.

Certificate confirming the lack of debtsregarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (state budget and local budget), valid at the time of presentation.

Declaration on own responsibility regarding the non-classification in dispos. art. 60.
