Solutions for Drinking Water Treatment

It is desirable to purchase solutions for the treatment of potable water (aluminum polyhydroxychloride) necessary for carrying out activity within the company during the year 2018.

Main Site: Delivery will take place at the Apavital Production Base in Iasi, Str. Aurel Vlaicu no. 78Ais the purchase of aluminum polyhydroxychloride - according to the requirements of the specifications.

The bidders, associates and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations set out below:

1)

(a) Non-compliance with the provisions of art. 177 of Law no. 99/2016,

(b) Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 178 of the Law no. 99/2016,

(c) Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 180 of Law no. 99/2016

Methods(including potential third parties and subcontractors) with information related to their situation as evidence of non-compliance with exclusion situations (refer to the DUAE User Guide, prepared by ANAP, available at www.anap.gov.ro). Presentation of the DUAE by the deadlineThe economic operator ranked first after application of the award criterion on admissible tenders will submit the following supporting documents in support of those declared in the DUAE following the request submitted by the contracting entity, within validity at the time of submission, (local budget, state budget, etc.) for the head office / secondary offices / subsidiaries / branches / working points for which: there are obligations to pay,

In the case of foreign economic operators, equivalent documents issued in accordance with the applicable law of the country of residence shall be provided; 73 of Law no. 99/2016 (Form 3 of the Forms and Model Documents section) - will be submitted by all economic operators (tenderers/ subcontractors / third-party supporters) with the DUAE, by the deadline for submitting bids, as a distinct file. In the case of a group of economic operators who submit their joint offer, each member of the group has the obligation to submit this statement (each member of the association, as well as each proposed subcontractor or third party supporters).

The evaluation committee will submit the clarification requests regarding the submitted offers, as well as the communications regarding the tenders submitted in SEAP in the section "Requests for clarifications / Questions / CommunicationsThe economic operators will send the answers to the clarifications and any documents requested during the evaluation of the offers through SEAP (section "Requests for clarifications / Questions / Communications"), fully in the section corresponding to the respective request, in the form of one or more documents / electronically signed distinct files.

If found as offersthey are ranked first and have equal prices, in order to divide the bids, the contracting entity (through SEAP, in the section "Requests for clarifications / Questions / Communications") will request the re-presentation by submitting a new financial proposal. only at the request of the contracting entity. Note 1: The bidder will present, with the DUAE, aclarification by which it accepts the contractual clauses contained in the contract model in the tender documentation (otherwise, it is considered tacit consent). If there are objections to the draft contract, ie changes to the contractual clauses or the addition of new clauses, any proposals for modifying / completing / removing contractual clauses will be forwritten in writing with justifications and shall be submitted to the contracting authority, in compliance with the terms provided by art. 172 and 173 of Law no. 99/2016
