Purchase and delivery of clothing, equipment and accessories for the municipal police - 2 lots. Attention: to allow a qualitative comparison ofproducts and optimize the analysis of the offers, the candidates will have to submit samples according to the provisions of article 4.2 of the regulation of the consultation.

List and description a brief description of the conditions: in order to facilitate the award process, the candidate may, if he wishes, hand over the following items to the stade of the deposit of his envelope:

- as sufficient evidence that the candidate is not in a bidding ban mentionede to 3 of Article 45 of the order of 23.7.2015 referred to above, the production of an extract from the relevant register, such as an extract K, an extract K bis, an extract D1 or, failing that, of an equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or of the applicant's establishment, attesting to the absence of cases of exclusion,
- when the candidate is in receiJudicial, the candidate produces the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced.
List and short description of the selection criteria:
- for the presentation of their application, the economic operators can use: either, the forms DC1 and DC2 attached to the file of consultation, the Single European Market Document, - statement concerning the overall turnover of the applicantand, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the public contract, covering not more than the last 3 years available depending on the date of establishment of the company or the beginning of the activity. of the economic operator, to the extent that information on these turnover figures is available,
- appropriate bank statements or, wherewith the insurance of the relevant occupational risks.

- lot 1: minimum amount: EUR 2, 000 excluding taxes, maximum amount: EUR 60, 000 excluding taxes,

The above amounts are included in the act of commitment (ATTRI 1) and will be identical for the possible periods of renewal. Purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as and when required. Orders will be remUnerees by applying the unit prices appearing in the valid unit price lists and the general catalog (s) of the holder's tariff (s) after application of the discount rate appearing in the act of commitment (ATTRI 1 ). Prices are firm in the first year of the market, and are subject to annual review on an anniversary date under the conditions set out in Article 6 of CCSI n 2018-7-173. Conformement with article 40 I of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets, the contracting authority imposing the electronic transmission, the file is replaced by the sending of computer files containing the same elements. By the mere submission of a letter, the company confirms its intention to apply and tender for the consultation and undertakes, if it is designated recipient, to sign the contract (act of awarding commitment) as well as all documents annexes provided for by the regulations and / or recalled inthe documents of the consultation. In the event of a refusal of signature, the contractor shall be liable to the contracting authority. The criteria used for the judging of tenders (lots 1 and 2) are indicated below and weighted as follows:
- technical value assessed in view of (50%) quality of the samples 20%,
- content of the data sheets 15%,
- content of thetechnical memory 15%,
- price apprecie in regard to 40%,
- total amount HT of the order type 25%,
- total amount BPU HT in its mandatory part 15%,
- delivery time 10% apprecie the deadline proposed by the candidate in his act of commitment.
