Energy andThe scope of service provision is directly related to the following objectives: • The subject of Service provision is directly related to the realization of the following objectives:

1) assisting the service in the creation of a public procurement contract file, in accordance with the provisions of article 45 of Law 4412/2016, (2) Assisting the service to mature and auction the programmable (s) of the project (s), and / or to perform the required actions, as appropriate, and to assist in updating / completing existing study stages, projects to be awarded as soon as possible after joining the 2014-2 Programming Period020 to co-finance them.

3) assisting the service, for the tendering of the proposals in the GP 2018 new geothermal studies, competence added by the last Presidential Decree 123/2017 of the Ministry of the Environment, Infrastructure

Details of the subject matter of the contract are given in the technical data sheet, Chapter A.3.

Tenderers are required to be registered in the relevant professionalregistered in their State of establishment. Tenderers established in GREECE are required to be enrolled in the Student Registers or Study Bureaus in the category / categories of Article 12.1 of the Declaration. Tenderers established in other Member States of the European Union are required to be registered in the respective Registers of Annex XI of the-Attachment A of Law 4412 / 2016. In Category 13, each bidder must: a) have the last 3 financial years, the annual average turnover from studies and technical and other related services exceeding 400 000, EUR 00 and (b) have and maintain a professional liability insurance policy with an insurable minimum indemnity of 350-€ 000.00 per claim

In case of a union, the above requirement [(a) (b)] must be satisfied by at least 1 of the members of the association. sixteen thousand and forty-three euros (EUR 16 043.00).

In the case of an association of economic operators, the participation guarantee also includes the condition that the guarantee covers theobligations of all the economic operators involved in the association. The participation guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the end of the tender period, otherwise the offer will be rejected. The contracting authority may, before the end of the tender, ask the tenderer to extend the term of validity of the tender and the participation guarantee before expiry. The warranties arein the event of the tenderer withdrawing his tender during this period of validity, provide false information or information as referred to in Articles 17 to 19 of the Notice, fails to provide in due time the foregoing Article 22 of the Proclamation document or did not come in due time for signing the contract.the signing of the contract requires the performance of a performance guarantee in accordance with Article 72 1 b) of Law 4412/2016, the amount of which is set at 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT. and is filed prior to or at the time of signing the contract.

The performance guarantee is forfeited in the event of breach of the terms of the contract, as it specifies.under Article 132 of Law 4412/2016, which entails an increase in the value of the contract, the contractor is obliged to lodge before the amendment an additional guarantee amounting to 5% of the amount of the increase without VAT.

The performance guarantee for the contract covers in total and non-discriminatory terms, the application of all the terms of the contract and allThe performance guarantee is forfeited in favor of the developer by a reasoned decision of the head of the management department, in particular after finalization of the contractor's discount. The contractor's objection to the decision does not suspend the amount of the guarantee.
