Engineering - Design, Construction and Copyright Supervision at the site "Reconstruction and Construction of the Sewerage and Water Supply Network of Plovdiv"

Engineering - Design, Construction and Copyright supervision, at the site "Reconstruction and construction of the sewerage and water supply network of Plovdiv".

Main Site: Separate Territory, serviced by Water Supply and Sewerage Company, Plovdiv, in particular the territory of the city of Plovdiv

Review and analysis of the available project documentation for the planned activities, as well as its alignment with the current Bulgarian standards for design and construction, the Law on Spatial Planning (ZUT ) and by-laws on its implementation.

Preparation of an investment project in the phase of working proect for the above-mentioned site in accordance with Ordinance No. 4 of May 21, 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the Law on Spatial Planning and the by-laws for its implementation.

Coordination of the project with all control bodies, operating companies and institutions according to the requirements of the regulatory base

Obtaining all necessary opinions and permissionsaccording to the Bulgarian legislation, ensuring the assessment of the conformity of the investment project.

Obtaining permission for construction and lawful commencement of construction requirements, requirements of the contracting authority, featuresSee also the tables.

Exercising copyright supervision under the Spatial Planning Act, technical decisions, modifications and modifications of the project, technological control and assistance in putting the site into operation. the relevant Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Service according to Art. 54a, para. 2of the Law on the Cadastre and the Property Register.

Submission of the site and its acceptance by the contracting authority by act form 15 under Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 for drawing up acts and protocols during the construction.

The following investment intentions are envisaged:

Water supply component - 10 964 m, of which:

- reconstruction of main water supply branches - 4 720 m,

- reconstruction of secondary water supplyadditional branches - 6 244 m,

- building water supply deviations (CBO) - 306 units,

- measuring zones.

Drainage and Purification Component - total 12 601 m, of which:

- reconstruction of peripheral collector - 5 957 m,

- construction of a new section of peripheral collector - 4 593 m,

- reconstruction of unloading collector I-A -4 - 2 051 m.

The participant should be entered in the Central Professional Registerq of the builder for execution of construction works with the following scope: construction activities on sites fourth group, second category according to Ordinance No 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of the types of construction works and Art. 137 of the Spatial Planning Act and the Rules for the order for entering and keeping the Central Professional Register of the builder, and for a foreign person - to be entered in a similar register according to the legislation ofa Member State of the European Union in which it is established, or of another State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or of the SWITZERLAND Confederation, and the same is entitled (under its national law and subject to mutual recognition) to fulfill the subject matter of the order. According to Art. 60 of the PPA, foreign persons can prove their registrationin analogous registers according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established. the data for entry in the register under Article 16 of the Law on the House of Builders (LCS). Foreign persons submit informationon their entry in a similar register in an EU Member State or another State Party to the EEC Agreement or to the Swiss Confederation in which they are established. The listing information should indicate: web address; the authority or office issuing the registration document and the precise reference to the document; the scope of the registration and the period of validity. In the hypothesis of Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPA, the contracting authority may require the participants at any time to submit all or part of the documents below, where this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure. submit a registration certificate, valid under Art. 19, para. 2 of the LCS, and for foreign persons, an equivalent document proving his right to carry out such activity, issued by a competent authority of an EU Member State or of another country party to the EEC Agreement or to the Swiss Confederation. In case the data can be provided either officially or through a public register or through direct and free access to a national databaseIf the contracting authority does not require such a document when concluding the contract. In cases where a foreign contractor or associations of foreign legal and / or natural persons have been designated as the contractor, he / she should submit a document (certificate) at the conclusion of the contract, proving that he / she is entitled to perform the assigned activity in the Republic of BULGARIA in accordance with uslthe rules and procedures specified in the Law on the House of Builders and the Regulations on the Procedure for Registration and Keeping of the Central Professional Register of Builders. The requirement is set in accordance with Art. 112, para. 1, item 4 of the Public Procurement Act

The participants in the public procurement must have realized a minimum total turnover in the last 3 (three) completed financial years according to the required minimum level. Participantsin the public procurement should be insured for the risk "professional responsibility in the design" and "professional liability of the builder" according to Art. 171 of the Spatial Planning Act.
