This contract includes the work of installation of heating, ventilation and sanitary in the interest of the construction of a whole of education and reception integrating the fundamental education, the differential education as well as reception in a houselais (school campus at Berchem) (ministerial authorization n D / 14/2018). Scope of work:

- 30 PCE,

- radiators,

- 4 400 m floor heating,

- 5 320 m heating ducts,

- 2 PCE,

- main collector with 8 groups of circuits,

- 3 PCE,

- ventilation plant of 2 x 20, 000 / 21, 000 m / h,

- 3, 500 m ventilation ducts,

- 500 m of rigid tubes,

- 1 PCE,

- DDC regulation,

- 600 panoints,

- 142 PCE,

- plumbing fixtures,

- 4, 100 m water pipes,

- 694 m of evacuation pipes.

- minimum staff of the economic operator occupies in the trade relates to: 80 persons,

These references must be supportedof certificates of good execution,
