Supply and installation of equipment to upgrade the playgrounds of the Municipality of Iasmos.

The object of the present is the supply of playground equipment for thirteen (13) playgrounds of the Municipality of Iasmos (ie metal cribs, metal saws, springs, slide composites), the supply of rubber floor tiles, the supply of urban equipment (ie fencing, benches, rubbish bins, prefabricated taps), as well as all the necessary work of installing and installing the equipment, and the safety floor, so that after completion, host playgrounds, be considered safe, and even respect current rulessecurity denominations, in order to be certified under Ministerial Decision No 28492 / 11.5.2009 (Government Gazette 931 / B / 18.5.2009), as amended and supplemented by no. 27934 / 11.7.2014 (Government Gazette 2029 / B / 25.7.2014) Ministerial Decision.

Main Site: 13 settlements of Municipality of Iasmos (in detail, in study no. 19/2019).

Subject of the contract is the provision of playground equipment (that is, a medalswings, slings, springs, sliding composites), the supply of rubber floor tiles, the supply of urban equipment (ie fencing, benches, rubbish bins, prefabricated taps), as well as all necessary work and installations, and the security floor, so that upon completion, the spaces they hostplaygrounds, to be considered safe and to comply with applicable safety regulations in order to be certified in accordance with Ministerial Decision No. 28492 / 11.5.2009 (Government Gazette 931 / B / 18.5.2009), as amended and supplemented by No 27934 / 11.7.2014 (Government Gazette 2029 / B / 25.7.2014) Ministerial Decision.

The duration of the contract is determined by the signing of the relevant contract andfor eight (8) months or upon completion of the delivery of the supplies and their placement, according to the instructions and needs of the competent Department of the Environment, Town Planning and Technical Services of the Municipality.

The instruments to be fitted to each playground, their full description, and their specifications, are listed in Study No. 19/2019. The final positioning of the instruments will be made by the Technical Service to the contractor.

Economic operators established in a Member Stateof the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their country of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries accedingput on the SDS or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures shall be required to be registered in the relevant professional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in GREECE are required to be registered in the Craftsman or Commercial or Industrial sector.Chamber or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material.
