"Construction of new children`s and sports playgrounds, and renovation of existing outdoor playgrounds in Stara Zagora Municipality at 2 separate positions:

In the subject of Lot No 1 of this public procurementconstruction of new outdoor playgrounds, including their design when there is no design, and updating of existing ones. Types of work include: dismantling of facilities; Supply and installation of benches, gazebos, shock absorbing rubber flooring, swings and combined equipment, etc.:

1. Drafting a project;

2. Delivery and installation of play facilities;

For Lot No 1. The participant shall fill in the relevant box in section B: "Economic and financial situation", in Part IV: "Selection criteria" of the EDES in the .xml format provided.

Before concluding econtracting authority, the contracting authority requires the tenderer designated to be a contractor to provide a summary of the total turnover and / or turnover in the area covered by the contract. Before concluding a public procurement contract, the contracting authority requires the contracting authority to submit a summary of the general turnover and / or turnover in the area covered by the contract.

The tenderer designated as a contractor submits a performance guarantee ofof:

For Lot # 1, Performance Guarantee is in the amount of BGN 13, 500 (Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Levs), representing 3% of the contract value excluding VAT;

For Lot # 2, Performance Guarantee is amounting to 7 500 BGN (seven thousand five hundred leva), representing 3% of the contract value excluding VAT

The participant chooses the form of the performance guarantee. Guarantees withis provided in one of the following forms:

1. money amount - transfer to the collection account of Stara Zagora Municipality: IBAN: BG65UNCR70003322236387 BIC: UNCRBGSF at UniCredit Bulbank AD;

2. bank guarantee;

3. to be provided on behalf of the contractor on behalf of a third party - guarantorthe contractor designated corner chooses the form of the performance guarantee.
