Manor Farm Play Provision

This procurement is to provide a year round shoes on, sheltered play offer including supply of play equipment and shelter/canopy within manor farm in order for the site to expand its offering to visitors and increase visits to the site. Tenders are invited from providers to create an inspiring and creative play zone, partially under a shelter/canopy to include an office, counter and handwash facility. A chosen contractor will be selected using the evaluation criteria, detailed in the invitation to tender and following contract award the final designs will be agreed with the contractor.
Main Site : Manor Farm Country Park, Bursledon, Hampshire.
To provide a sheltered play and outside play area including supply of a food kiosk, supply and installation of play equipment and design of the play provision.
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: In accordance with Articles 57 62 of Directive 2014/24/EC and Regulation 57 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Organisations are advised it is a condition of this contract that all managers and operatives (including subcontractors) are suitably competent to execute all trades and operations encompassed by these contracts in full compliance with UK legislation.
Electronic invoicing will be accepted with prior agreement and electronic payment via BACS is preferred. Interested parties should register their interest in the framework via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and complete and submit the tender return documents together with any supporting information requested, by no later than 14:00 on the closing date indicated at IV.2.2.
