Maintenance of landscaped areas in Kyustendil

Provision of maintenance services in landscaped areas - maintenance of green areas, including lawns, tree and shrub groups, hedges, colored areas; maintenance of irrigation system and / or provision of irrigation; maintenance of the alley network and its supportethanol; maintenance of the fountains of the Gallery Gallery; maintenance of playgrounds and facilities; maintenance of water areas.

Provision of services for maintenance of landscaped areas - maintenance of green areas, incl. lawns, shrubs, hedges, flowerbeds; irrigation system maintenance and / or watering; maintenancethe alley network luminaire and its lighting; maintenance of the fountains of the Gallery Park; maintenance of playgrounds and facilities; maintenance of water areas.

Volume - the total area of the landscaped areas - green areas, lane network, park spaces, playgrounds and facilities, water areas subject to maintenance, is 116, 405 square meters.

In the present procurement procedure

The contracting authority does not stipulate requirements for suitability / competence for pursuing a professional activity. 10, para. 1 of the PPA and the requirements of the contracting authority. The contracting authority removes from participationparticipant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the PPA, the conditions under Art. 107 PPA, as well as the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the related persons and their real owners, the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Forfeiture Actillegally acquired property. The contracting authority shall conclude with the contractor, determined by the respective special position, a written public procurement contract in accordance with the procedure and under the conditions of Art. 112 of the PPL. When signing the contract, the designated contractor shall be obliged to submit documents in accordance with Art. 112, para. 1 of the PPA, as a declaration under Art. 59, para. 1, item 3 and under Art. 66, para. 2 of the Measures Act pagainst money laundering (WIPO). The declaration under Art. 66, para. 2 of the LMML shall apply only if it is impossible to clarify the origin of the funds after the methods under Art. 66, para. 1 of the LMML or if the application of at least two of them has led to contradictory information. GarThe contract enforcement fee is 5% (five percent) of the contract value (the estimated area multiplied by the bidder`s monthly bid of 1 sq. m). The guarantee is presented in one of the following forms:

a) a bank guarantee;

b) a sum of money in the account of the assignor;it can be deposited in the form of "cash" by bank transfer to the account of Kyustendil Municipality:

In case the participant chooses to present a "bank guarantee", it must be in the original, issued by a Bulgarian or foreign bank, with a validity of at least 30 (thirty) calendardays after the contract expires. The bank guarantee must be unconditional, irrevocable and demandable upon first written request, in which the contracting authority states that the contractor has failed to fulfill an obligation under the public procurement contract. the responsibility of the contractor, all pathe costs of concluding the insurance contract are at his expense. He is obliged to pay the premiums due to the insurer in order to maintain the insurance coverage at the rate of 5% of the value of the contract for its term and at least 30 (thirty) calendar days after its expiration, so that the amount of the guarantee received by the client be not less than defined in the insistence

When presenting the performance security in a payment order, bank guarantee or insurance that guarantees performance by covering the contractor`s liability, the contract for which the guarantee is provided is explicitly stated

Performance guarantee in the form of "cash amount "or" bank guarantee "may be provided on behalf of the contractor for an accountto the third party - guarantor.

The participant designated as a contractor chooses the form of the performance guarantee.

When the selected contractor is a non-legal entity, each of the partners in it may be the originator of the bank guarantee, respectively the importer of the the amount of the guarantee or the holder of the insurance.
