Landscape Gardener, Playground Equipment, Cycle Stands and Plants

The contract includes landscape gardener services including playground equipment, cycle stands and plants.

Oppegard municipality has a total of 5 primary schools, 3 comprehensive schools and 1 combined school for the first to 10 year. The municipality has 23 nurseries, numerous playgrounds, squares, places and outdoor areas.

Ski municipality has a total of 10 primary schools, 2 comprehensive schools and 1 inter-municipal school. Ski municipality has 19 nurseries and 2 public playgrounds, squares, places and outdoor areas.

Small and major upgrading of playgrounds have been executed in the last 3 years for both municipalities. However, several upgrading this includes large and small projects, as well as the replacement of single equipment.

The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with a landscape gardener.

Requirement: tenderers shall be a legally established company.

Documentation:

— Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate,

— foreign tenderers: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Requirement: tenderers must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, payroll tax and value added tax (VAT).

Documentation: tax and VAT certificate. Not older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Requirement: the tenderer must have a credit score equivalent to or higher than C1(Moderate to high risk) from Proff Forvalt (Eniro Norge).

Documentation: the contracting authority will use Proff Forvalt (Eniro Norge) to assess the compliance with the requirement. If a tenderer chooses to use a parent company to fulfil the requirement, a parent company guarantee must be enclosed. The contracting authority will then use Proff Forvalt to assess the parent company`s credit rating.
